Just a quick one:
If you’ve previously used Divi or another Elegant Themes product and getting this error recurring in your wordpress debug log:
PHP Notice: register_sidebar was called <strong>incorrectly</strong>. No <code>id</code> was set in the arguments array for the “Layout Builder Widget Area 1” sidebar. Defaulting to “sidebar-9”. Manually set the <code>id</code> to “sidebar-9″ to silence this notice and keep existing sidebar content. Please see <a href=”https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress”>Debugging in WordPress</a> for more information. (This message was added in version 4.2.0.) in /home/ *** /public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4196
This can also appear as sidebar-9, sidebar-10, sidebar-11, sidebar-12, or sidebar-13.
To solve this, check you don’t still have an old version of the elegant themes builder plugin installed. If you do, then remove it, and you’ll stop getting these issues.
That’s it π
